Travel Mate is made from lighter gauge steel so is 20% lighter than Black Widow Premium drawer systems and hence is around 20% cheaper.

Travel Mate is perfect and is designed to suit new 4WD enthusiasts setting up their trucks. We all know that it can be an expensive exercise, so the lighter price tag is appreciated here without forgoing any quality.

The new Travel Mate from Black Widow is also perfect for those that don’t really do a lot of hard and prolonged off road work. If you are only doing the Simpson, the Canning etc. only occasionally, then Travel Mate is for you.

The touring travellers that need secure lockable storage, that leave their van and camper and head off with a tent for a few days here and there, Travel Mate is also perfectly suited here.

Travel Mate is currently made in a twin drawer configuration with optional top mount fridge slides and 1/2 ADR rated barriers available separately.

A range of low slide and single and double drawer “Touring Models” will be released in the coming months.

All in all Travel Mate is a well priced quality storage system from Black Widow, Made in Australia to suit Australian conditions and will give years of trouble free service.
